| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效和主药栀子化学成分作用研究。方法:将394例分为治疗组315例,服用疱疹止痛灵;对照组79例,服用索米痛。结果:治疗组总有效率96.5%,对照组总有效率44.3%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。同时揭示疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神痛的有效中药化学成分为栀子醇,具有镇静、镇痛的作用。
