| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症溶盘术后疼痛的治疗方法。方法共有168例接受胶原酶治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者，对其中108例腰椎间盘突出溶盘术后有疼痛的病人进行针刺注射镇痛液和小针刀的治疗，所有患者均进行随访。结果全组病例共108例，其总有效率94．1％，显效率85．3％，未见其他不良反应及并发症。结论针刺注射镇痛液和小针刀的治疗能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症病人溶盘术后的疼痛反应，巩固治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the treatment of pain after disclysis of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: Treatment with collagenase was given to 168 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,of whom 108 cases having pain after disclysis analgesics by needling injection and treatment with small acupunctural knife were given;and follow-up survey was given to all the patients.Results: Of the 108 cases,the total effective rate was 94.1%,the remarkable effective rate was 85.3%,and no harmful effect was found.Conclusion: Treatment with analgesics by needling injection and small acupunctural knife can effectively release the pain of the patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc after disclysis,and can consolidate the therapeutic effect. |
