| 摘 要： | 目的：研究一种新的组织间低能碘125(^125I)粒子植入治疗晚期肿瘤。方法：52例晚期肿瘤患者手术中直视下植入病灶。根据肿瘤病灶的大小、位置、转移灶的多少等计算出^125I粒子的粒数。每粒种子9．9mci，每例患者一次植入总量在30mci以下。结果：本组病例中完全缓解占5．77％，部分缓解占69．23％，无恶化17．3％，恶化7．69％。总有效率75％，平均缓解期4个月。无明显不良反应。结论：可通过术中直视或超声波定位下顺利地将碘-125粒子放疗，种植入癌灶内进行组织间，疗效较好，且安全。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study a new brachytherapy method of low activity Iodine-125( 125I) seed implant in the treatment of later-stage carcinomas. Methods:By direct sight or B-ultrasound, 125I seeds were implanted into the cancerous tissue of 52 patients with later-stage carcinoma. We counted the number of the Iodine-125 according to the size, the position of the cancerous tissue and the other factors, A 125I seed is 0.9 millicuries (mci) and one patient was implanted lower than 30 mci. Results: CR, PR, AC, PD rate were 5.77%, 69.23%,17.23%,7.69% respectively. The total effective rate were 75%. Average recovery was four months. No adverse reaction is found. Conclusion: The 125I seed can be smoothly implanted into the carcinoma by direct sight or B-ultrasound. This is effective and safe in the treatment of later-stage carcinoma. |
