可吸收螺钉治疗儿童肱骨小头骨折

目的 探讨应用切开复位可吸收螺钉固定治疗儿童肱骨小头骨折的疗效.方法 自2005年至2007年间应用切开复位可吸收螺钉固定治疗儿童肱骨小头骨折10例,其中平均年龄12.1岁.采用肘关节外侧入路切开复位,可吸收螺钉固定.术后石膏周定四周后开始功能锻炼.结果 术后平均随访时间1.8年(1～3.5年),术后3个月时均获得了骨性愈合.未发现肱骨小头缺血坏死.肘关节功能为优良.结论 应用可吸收螺钉治疗儿童肱骨小头骨折是安全有效的方法 .

Capitulum fracture of childish treated by absorbable screws

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of 10 capitulum fractures in children treated by open reduction and fixation with absorbable screws. Methods 10 capitulum fractures of children were treated by open reduction and fixed with absorbable screws between 2005 and 2007. The average age of the patients was 12.1 years. The capitulum fracture was approached through a lateral Kocher approach. Postoperatively the elbow was immobilized with a posterior long arm splint for 4 weeks. The splint was removed and active motion exercise begun. Results The mean follow-up dura-tion was 1.8 years. All fractures healed. Capitulum avascular necrosis was not detected. According to the Mayo Elbow Performance Index, the results were excellent and good. Conclusions We recommend open reduction and fixation with absorbable screws in capitulum fracture of children.
