提高肾脏穿刺活检术后患者的舒适护理

目的探讨提高肾脏穿刺活检术后患者舒适的护理措施。方法将68例肾脏穿刺活检术患者按行穿刺时排序进行分组,单数为对照组,双数为实验组。对照组按传统方法进行肾脏穿刺活检术护理。实验组给予音乐疗法,缩短卧床和使用腹带时间,诱导排尿及按摩腰背部等护理干预措施。比较2组患者术前术后焦虑程度、术后舒适度、术后并发症发生率等。结果术后24h实验组焦虑程度明显改善,优于对照组(p<0.01),实验组舒适度优于对照组(p<0.05),2组患者血尿、肾周血肿发生率差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论护理干预可消除患者恐惧、焦虑心理,提高肾脏穿刺活检术后患者舒适度。
