微波辐照对大鼠脾脏和人AHH-1 T细胞活性氧水平和凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同强度微波辐照对Wistar大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞和人AHH-1 T细胞内活性氧(ROS)水平和对人AHH-1 T细胞凋亡的影响。方法以不同功率密度(0、5、10、30、60mW/cm2,其中0mW/cm2作为对照)的微波单次(15min)辐照Wistar大鼠和人AHH-1 T细胞,于微波辐照后1、7、14、28d采用流式细胞术检测大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞ROS水平变化,于辐照后6、24h采用流式细胞术检测人AHH-1 T细胞ROS水平和凋亡率的变化。结果大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞内ROS水平在微波辐照后1d的5、10、30、60mW/cm2剂量组,辐照后7d的10、30、60mW/cm2剂量组,辐照后14d的10mW/cm2剂量组,以及辐照后28d的10、30mW/cm2剂量组与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05),且ROS水平在一定剂量范围内呈剂量依赖性增加。微波辐照后6h,各辐照组人AHH-1 T细胞内ROS水平与对照比较均升高(P<0.05),且在0~30mW/cm2剂量范围内呈剂量依赖性增加。人AHH-1 T细胞经微波辐照后6h,仅10mW/cm2剂量辐照细胞的凋亡率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);微波辐照后24...
