荆州市沙市区2100例妇女乳腺普查结果分析

目的对荆州市沙市区2006年度已婚妇女进行乳腺疾病普查，确定高危人群，做好乳腺癌的二级预防工作。方法采用触摸乳腺、LEO-1201型电脑近红外线扫描仪、细胞病理学检查等手段对2100例妇女进行乳腺疾病普查。结果妇女乳腺疾病的总患病率为26．3％，其中乳腺增生患病率为25．2％，乳腺癌患病率为1．1％；各年龄段妇女乳腺增生患病率不同，差异有极显著性（X^2=14．7，P〈0．01）。20-30岁为27．9％，31～40岁为24．9％，41-50岁为25，3％，51～60岁为22．6％。结论应加强普及宣传妇女乳腺疾病防治知识，指导乳腺自查方法，加大对妇女乳腺疾病普查力度，从而实现对乳腺癌早检出、早诊断、早治疗的11的。

An analysis of mastopathy screening results among 2100 women in Shashi District of Jingzhou city

Objective To determine high risk population of mastopathy in Shashi District of Jingzhou city, Hunan province in the year 2006 among married women so as to conduct secondary prevention of mammary cancer better. Methods Adopting breast palpation, LEO- 1201 type computerized near infrared ray scanning and cytological examination methods, 2 100 women in Shashl District of Jingzhou city, Hubei province were screened for mastopathies. Results The total morbidity of mastopathies of women was 26.3 %, of which, the morbidity of hyperplasia of mammary glands was 25.2% and that of mammary cancer was 1. 1%. In addition, the morbidity of hyperplasia of mammary glands of women in different age groups were different ： that of women in 20 - 30 years old group was 27.9%, that in 31 - 40 years old group was 24.9%, that in the 41 - 50 years old group was 25.3% and that in the 51 - 60 years old group was 22.6%. Conclusion The woman＇ s knowledge about prevention and treatment of mastopathies should be popularized and propagated, and self examination of breast should be instructed and screening of mastopathies among women should be regularized in order to reach a goal of early identification, early diagnosis and early treatment for mammary cancar.
