| 摘 要： | 目的:观察灵术颗粒联合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗的疗效。方法:采用灵术颗粒联合穴位埋线治疗28例患者,观察治疗前后月经周期、体重指数(BMI)及胰岛素稳态模型(HOMA-IR)指数的变化,检测血清性激素。结果:治疗后BMI、HOMA-IR指数、雄激素水平均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有非常显著性意义(P0.01),说明针药结合对代谢与内分泌紊乱有良性调整作用。结论:采用灵术颗粒联合穴位埋线结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗,既可改善胰岛素抵抗,降低高雄激素水平,恢复生殖排卵功能,又可预防代谢并发症,值得推广应用。
