| 摘 要： | 吴克明教授认为月经过少的病因病机以避孕、情志、饮食、环境4因素及肾精亏虚、肾气不足,冲任失养、血海空虚,或兼气血虚弱、肝郁不畅,或挟痰湿壅滞等病机为主,多属本虚标实之证,中医药治疗可发挥其明显优势。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes Professor WU Ke-ming clinical experience in the pathogenesis and mechanism of hypomenorrhea and shows 4 pathogenesis including contraception,emotions,diet and environmental factors,and major mechanisms including kidney essence and qi deficiency,impairment of Chong and Ren Channels,empty blood sea,small blood of uterus,or Qi and blood deficiency and liver-Qi stagnancy,or accumulation of phlegm-dampness,which is a syndrome with deficiency Ben and excessive Biao.Chinese medicine can play obvious advantage. |
