| 摘 要： | 目的:研究淋巴瘤细胞和淋巴滤泡细胞核的形态参数特征,为相关病理图像的计算机自动识别寻找参数依据;方法:利用图像分析系统测量中心母细胞性弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤及淋巴滤泡的套细胞、中心细胞和中心母细胞核的20个形态参数,判别分析法分析各组细胞之间核的形态参数的差异;结果:中心母细胞与中心母细胞性淋巴瘤细胞之间只有3个形态参数入选判别函数,判别正确率仅为59.20%。而套细胞或中心细胞与中心母细胞性淋巴瘤之间入选参数分别为10个和8个,判别正确率分别为97%和76%。套细胞与中心细胞、套细胞与中心母细胞、中心细胞与中心母细胞之间入选判别函数的参数分别为8个、7个和7个,判别正确率分别为97.7%、98.6%及78.9%;结论:不同类型的淋巴滤泡细胞之间有较多形态参数存在差异,而中心母细胞性淋巴瘤细胞与其来源中心母细胞在形态上有更多的相似性。
