地佐辛预先镇痛对下肢骨科手术患者的术后镇痛效果

摘    要:目的观察地佐辛预先镇痛对下肢骨科手术患者的术后镇痛效果。方法择期行下肢骨科手术的患者120例,随机分为D组(地佐辛组)和C组(对照组),两组均为蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉,D组在切皮前lOmin静脉注射地佐辛5mg/2ml,而C组则静脉注射生理盐水2ml。术后以地佐辛行患者自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)。观察术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)与满意程度评分(BCS)。结果与C组相比,D组术后VAS评分降低而BCS评分提高(P%0.05),术后PCIA的总按压次数和实际按压次数均减少(P〈O.05)。结论下肢骨科手术在切皮前应用地佐辛有预先镇痛效应,能减少术后镇痛药的用量,提高镇痛效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of dezocine preemptive analgesia on postoperative analgesia in patients with orthopedics operation in lower limbs. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing orthopedics operation in lower limbs with subarachnoid block anesthesia were randomly divided into group D (dezocine group) and group C (control group). The patients in group D were injected dezocine 5mg/2ml at ten min before skin incision, while in group C were injected nor- mal saline 2ml. Dezocine was used in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after the oper- ation. Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Bruggrmann comfort scale (BCS) were observed. Results Compared with group C, VAS decreased and BCS increased (P~O. 05) in group D after the opera- tion. Total pressing times and effective pressing times of PCIA were reduced postoperatively (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Dezocine has preemptive analgesia effect when it is given before skin incision in the patients undergoing orthopedics operation in lower limbs, and reduces the dosage of postoperative analgesic.
