玻璃酸钠联合医用三氧关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果

目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合医用三氧关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法膝骨性关节炎患者372例，分为玻璃酸钠联合医用三氧关节腔内注射组（联合组，335例）与单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠组（玻璃酸钠组，37例）。观察注射前及注射后各时点患者VAS评分与治疗优良率。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后两组VAS评分均下降（P〈0．05），联合组下降更明显（P〈0．01）；联合组优良率（98．2％，329／335例）较玻璃酸钠组（89．1％，33／37例）高。结论玻璃酸钠联合医用三氧注射用于治疗膝骨性关节炎较单纯使用玻璃酸钠临床疗效显著。

Efficacy of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Three hun- dred and seventy-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into sodium hyaluronate com- bined with ozone intra-articular injection group（combination group, 335eases） and sodium hyalur- onate injection group （sodium hyaluronate group,37 cases）. VAS and the effective rates were recor- ded before and after the treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment, VAS decreased after the treatment in the both two groups, especially in the combination group （P〈0.05）. The excellent and good effects in the combination group （98.2 %, 329/335 cases） were higher than that in the sodium hyaluronate group （89.1%, 33/37 eases）. Conclusion The efficacy of intra-articular sodium hyalu- ronate combined with medical ozone injection is superior to sodium hyaluronate alone in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
