神经阻滞联合超短波、低频脉冲电综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效

目的观察并比较神经阻滞与神经阻滞联合超短波、低频脉冲电综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法神经根型颈椎病患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。治疗组实施颈椎椎旁神经阻滞，次日行超短波和低频脉冲电治疗；对照组仅采用神经阻滞。以VAS评分评估疼痛程度，按颈椎病临床评价量表（CASCS）评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后各时点VAS评分均较治疗前降低（P〈0．05）；与对照组相比，治疗组在治疗后各点VAS评分下降更明显（P〈O．05）；两组治疗后CASCS各项评分及总评分均较治疗前增加（P〈O．05）；与对照组相比，治疗组在治疗后CASCS各项评分及总评分增加更明显（P〈0．05）。结论神经阻滞联合超短波、低频脉冲电治疗神经根型颈椎病较单纯神经阻滞能更好地减轻患者的疼痛，改善其临床症状和体征。

Efficacy of nerve block combined with ultrashort wave and low frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylopathy

Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of nerve block and nerve block combined with ultrashort wave and low frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis radiculopathy. Methods One hundred patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each. The patients in the treatment group received ultrashort wave and low frequency pulse therapy and the pa- tients in the control group received only nerve block. VAS and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis （CASCS） were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results After the treatment, VAS was significantly decreased and CASCS was increased in the two groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, VAS was significantly decreased and CASCS was increased in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of nerve block and ultrashort wave and low frequency electrotherapy is more efficient than nerve block only in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.
