| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普瑞巴林联合皮内注射医用三氧对带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法将带状疱疹后神经痛患者60例随机分为两组：口服普瑞巴林组（P组）和口服普瑞巴林联合皮内注射医用三氧组（PO组）。观察两组治疗前后VAs评分、睡眠质量评分（QS）及不良反应。结果与治疗前比较，两组治疗后各时点VAS评分和Qs评分均下降（P〈O．01）。PO组VAS评分和QS评分均低于P组（P（0．01）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论普瑞巴林联合皮内注射医用三氧对带状疱疹后神经痛有显著镇痛和改善睡眠的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of oral pregabalin combined with intraeutaneous ozone injection in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Sixty patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, the group of pregabalin （group P） and the group of pregabalin combined with intracutaneous ozone injection （group PO）. Visual analogue scale （VAS）, sleep quality score （QS） and adverse reactions were assessed before and after the treatment. Results VAS and QS decreased significantly after the treatment in the two groups （P〈0.01）. VAS and QS decreased more significantly in group PO than those in group P （P（0.01）. There was no statis- tical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （P~O. 05）. Conclusion Oral pregabalin combined with intraeutaneous ozone injection has better analgesic and hypnotic effects in the treat- ment of postherpetic neuralgia. |
