摘    要:目的评价椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者24例,采用椎间孔镜技术进行治疗。于治疗前和治疗后3、12个月时采用VAS评分评估疼痛程度,JOA评估治疗分数,并观察治疗前后临床体征变化。结果治疗后1年时随访,优效、良效、差效、无效率依次为41.7%(10/24例)、50.0%(12/24例)、8.3%(2/24例)、0.0%(0/24例);与治疗前比较,治疗后各时点VAS及JOA评分差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);与治疗结束时比较,同组治疗后3、12个月时VAS评分,JOA总评分差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论椎间孔镜是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症行之有效的微创治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the efficacy of transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Twenty-four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with transforaminal endoscopic technique. VAS, JOA score and clinical symptom were observed before and 3, 12 months after the treatment. Results The excellent, good, poor effect and ineffectiveness rates were 41.7% (10/24 cases), 50.0% (12/24 cases), 8.3% (2/24 cases) and 0.0% (0/24 cases) respectively. There were significant differences in VAS and JOA score between pre- and post-treatment (P〈0.01). No differences were found in VAS and JOA score between the end and after the treatment in the same group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Transforaminal endoscopic technique is an effective and minimally invasive method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herination.
