臂丛神经鞘内给药联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的观察臂丛神经鞘内给药联合颈椎牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法神经根型颈椎病患者90例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组45例。对照组行臂丛神经鞘内给药治疗，治疗组在臂丛神经鞘内给药后采用颈椎牵引治疗，3个月后对两组患者进行疗效判定。结果治疗组痊愈率62．2％（28／45例）、总有效率97．8％（44／45例）均优于对照组痊愈率51．1％（23／45例）和总有效率93．3oA（42／45例），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论臂丛神经鞘内给药联合颈椎牵引可有效治疗神经根型颈椎病。

Efficacy of brachial plexus neural intrathecal injection combined with cervical vertebrae traction for the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylopathy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of brachial plexus neural intrathecal injection combined with cervical vertebrae traction for the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylopathy. Methods Ninety patients with cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, forty-five cases in each group. Patients in the control group were received brachi- al plexus neural intrathecal injection, while patients in the treatment group received brachial plexus neural intrathecal injection combined with cervical vertebrae traction. At the third month after the treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy of the treatment group were 62.2 ~ （28/45 cases） and 97.8~ （44/45 cases）respectively, which were signif- icantly superior to the control group （51.1~, 23/45 cases and 93.3~, 42/45 cases）. Conclusion Brachial plexus neural intrathecal injection combined with cervical vertebrae traction is effective for the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.
