针刀肩关节内、外松解治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的疗效

目的 观察针刀肩关节内、外松解治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的临床疗效.方法 确诊粘连性肩关节囊炎患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例.内外松解组采用针刀肩关节内、外松解；肩周松解组采用传统肩关节外周松解.两组均1周松解1次,3次为1疗程,术后辅以功能锻炼,治疗后3周时评定疗效.结果 内外松解组总有效率100％（30/30例）、治愈率80％（24/30例）,肩周松解组总有效率86％（26/30例）、治愈率60％（18/30例）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 针刀肩关节内、外松解治疗粘连性肩关节囊炎的疗效优于传统的肩关节外周针刀松解.

Efficacy of internal and external shoulder joint lysis with small knife needle in the treatment of shoulder adhesive capsulitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of internal and external shoulder joint lysis with small knife needle in the treatment of shoulder adhesive capsulitis. Methods Sixty patients with shoulder adhesive capsulitis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The pa- tients in the treatment group were treated with internal and external shoulder joint lysis with small knife needle, the control group were treated with the traditional perijoint lysis. The patients in both groups were treated once a week, three times for a treatment course, supplemented by functional ex- ercise postoperatively. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group were 100% （30/30 ca- ses）, curative rate 80% （24/30 cases）after 3 weeks, which were significantly better than those in the control group, total effective rate 86% （26/30 cases）, the cure rate 60% （18/30 cases） （P〈0.05） Conclusion The method of shoulder joint internal and external lysis with small knife needle is more effective than the traditional perijoint lysis for the treatment of shoulder adhesive capsulitis
