军事群体心理应激预警检测工具修订研究

目的 修订编制军事群体心理应激的预警检测工具,完善军事群体心理应激预警标准,扩大适用范围,使其适用不同军兵种的应激情境.方法 在原问卷编制验证适用于空降兵应激预警检测基础上,重新编写条目,增加条目的 数量,扩充维度,修改评分方法和预警标准,在不同军兵、不同应激情境下进行3次独立样本的预测验,运用项目分析对条目进行调整,形成最终的量表,进行信、效度检验,制订预警标准并验证.结果 共选编44个条目形成初始量表,经检验入选最终量表有32个条目.信度:全量表的克伦巴赫系数为0.93,Spearman-Brown分半信度系数为0.90,相隔2周的重测信度为0.82.结构效度:2次独立样本的因素分析表明32个条目分为6个维度,累积方差贡献率分别为60.30%和59.94%,因子负荷均在0.4以上.同时效度:本量表与SCL-90、SAS和SDS呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.55、-0.43和-0.58.预测效度:结果显示达到本量表的预警标准的排实际跳伞时SCL-90、SAS和SDS得分均高于未达预警标准的排.结论 本问卷具有较高的信度,较好的结构效度、同时指标及预警区分度,能够作为军事群体心理应激的预警检测工具使用.

Revision of the alerting test questionnaire for military group stress

Objective To validate revised and developing and extend apply scope of a test of alerting and perfect criterion for military group stress could alert the bad stress of military group and influence factors could apply to the different military group in different environments. Methods Based on the alerting military group psychological stress of parachute jump of parachute soldiers. After the questionnaire was confirmed initially, we made a test through the three independent samples among the different military group in different environments. After the testing of reliability and validity and the item analysis,the methods of estimation were modified and added some items and dimensions and in order to make the questionnaire more perfectly. Results Forty-four items were selected in the draft. Twenty-eight were included in the initial questionnaire. Reliability: this questionnaire has been found to have moderately acceptable internal consistency (Cronbach alpha=0.93;Spearman-Brown split half reliability= 0.90; Two weeks test-retest reliability= 0.82). Construct-related validity: the results of factor analysis for the two independent samples were quite similar.Thirty-two items were divided into six common factors. Total variance explained by the six factors was 60.30% and 59.94%, respectively, and all the factor loadings were above 0.4.Concurrent validity: this scale total score were negatively correlated with SCL-90 (-0.55), SAS (-0.43) and SDS (-0.58). Predictive validity: the predictive validity of this tool has been established. Parachute soldiers who got higher total score in this questionnaire had been gotten better military training performance than those who got lower total score in this questionnaire. Conclusion The reliability, structure validity, concurrent validity and alerting discrimination of the developed questionnaire were satisfying. The questionnaire could be used in alerting the psychological stress of military group.
