战创伤救治中大系列成分输血方法探讨

目的将输血医学与野战外科学相结合,最大限度利用现有血源,在保证成分血输注效果的同时,简化制备方式并提高储存时效,建立新型输血模式,解决战创伤救治中安全、有效、快速的输血问题.方法开发研究并建立血液采供管理系统.通过创伤救治中大系列成分输血研究,进行归纳总结,并运用相关数据建立战创伤救治的新型输血模式.结果血液采供管理系统具有体积小、操作方便、工作效率高等优点.大系列成分输血可节省血源,降低血液输注的技术条件,效果显著.结论血液采供管理系统可为战创伤救治提供先进的输血手段.大系列成分输血研究及取得相关数据有助于平战时期的创伤外科处理.

Studies on the method of a large serial blood component transfusion in medical aid of war wounds and trauma

Objective To combine blood transfusion medicine with field surgery and to make use of the blood resource to the utmost limit. At the same time,assures the effect of ingredient blood transfusion,and simplify the method. Also to improve storage effect and to establish a new type of blood transfusion method,safeguarding against transfusion accidents,and guarantee the efficiency and speed of blood transfusion during the emergenly trentment of war wounds.?MethodsWe exploited,studied and established blood providing management platform. Through a large serial blood component transfusion study during the emergenly trentment of war wounds, the correlative data were used to establish the new type blood transfusion mode of emergenly trentment of war wounds.?Results Blood providing management platform has some advantages, such as small volume,easy operability, and high working efficience, so it can be used widely. Large series blood component transfusion can save blood resource,cut down the technical condition, the effect is prominent.?Conclusion Blood providing management platform can provide advanced blood transfusion measure for the emergency treatment of war wounds. The research of the large serial blood component transfusion will be conducive to the treatment of trauma in the period of peace and war.
