鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤19例临床分析

目的 :探讨鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的病理、临床特点及治疗。方法 :我院自 1988年 9月～ 2 0 0 1年 7月共收治 19例鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤 ,均有病理学证实。主要症状多为鼻塞和涕血、鼻衄。 19例均手术治疗 ,手术加放疗 6例 ,手术加放疗加化疗 2例 ,手术加化疗 3例。结果 :19例中至今生存 7例 ,分别已生存 8月～ 13年。 1,3,5年生存率分别为 6 4.7%,42 .85 %,30 .76 %。结论 :鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤恶性程度高 ,易复发 ,手术加放疗是有效的治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of 19 patients with malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity

Objective To explore the pathology,clinical characteristics and treatment of patients with malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity.Methods From September,1988 to July,2001,19 patients with malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity were treated in our hospital.All the patients were confirmed by histopathology.The most common symptoms were nasal obstruction and epistaxis.All the patients were treated with surgery(S),6 with S plus radiotherapy(R),2 with S plus R plus chemotherapy(C),3 with S plus C.Results Seven cases surrived for 8 months to 13 years.The survival rates of 1,3,5 years were 64.7%,42.85%,30.76% respecively.Conclusion Malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity has an aggressive behavior and is easy to recur.S+R is an effective method.
