三氧化二砷对人结肠腺癌裸鼠肝转移癌胚抗原水平的影响

目的：探索应用三氧化二砷（As2O3）治疗人结肠腺癌肝转移后对荷瘤裸鼠血清、腹水及癌组织中癌胚抗原（carcinoembryonic，CEA）水平的影响。方法：在建立人结肠腺癌裸鼠肝转移模型后15min（早期治疗组）、10d（中期治疗组）、20d（晚期治疗组）经尾静脉注射As2O3（5mg／kg·d）；并以模型建立后10d经尾静脉注射生理盐水作为对照组。于接种癌细胞4周后，采集血、腹水和癌结节，分别检测其CEA含量。结果：早期治疗组的血、腹水和癌结节中的CEA含量均明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；晚期治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：早期应用As2O3能有效刚氐荷瘤裸鼠的血清、腹水和癌结节中CEA水平。

Alternation of CEA levels in nude mice with liver metastases from human colon adenocarcinoma treated with arsenic tri-oxide

Objective：To investigate the change of CEA levels of blood, ascites and cancer tissue with liver metastases from human colon adenocarcinoma treated with arsenic trioxide（As2O3）. Methods： As2O3（5 mg/kg·d） was injected through tail vein at 15 min Cearly treatment group）, 10 d （middle treatment group） and 20 d （late treatment group） after the model of liver metastases from human colon adenocarcinoma in nude mice were established respectively. Physiological saline was injected through tail vein at 10 d after the model of liver metastaseswas established as a control group.Results：The CEA levels of blood, ascites and cancer tissue in early treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）; but, there was no difference between the late treatment group and the control group （P〉 0.05）. Conclusions：The CEA levels of blood, ascites and cancer tissue in nude mice with liver metastases from human colon adenocarcinoma could be lowered significantly when As2O3 is used early after the model of liver metastases was established.
