| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法:选择80例患者随机分成2组,观察组40例采用丹红注射液结合西药治疗,对照组40例采用单纯西药治疗,疗程14d。结果:观察组总有效率95％,高于对照组(77．5％,p<0．05),临床症状改善时间和血液流变学指标均优于对照组(p<0．01或p<0．05)。结论:肺心病心衰采用丹红注射液结合西药治疗,有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy combined Chinese and western medicine for the heart failure in pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 80 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups, in which treatment of the Danhong injection combined with western medicine was used in the therapeutic group and western medicine only in control group, and the therapeutic course was 14 days. Results:The total effective rate in the therapeutic group (95%) was higher than that in the control group(77.5%, P<0.05). And the improvement of clinical symptoms and the index of blood rheology were better in the therapeutic greoup than that in the control(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese combined with western medicine for heart failure in pulmonary heart disease is more effective. |
