立体定向三维适形放射治疗脑干肿瘤临床研究

目的回顾性分析18例脑干肿瘤的立体定向适形放射治疗（SCRT）方法结果。方法2000年3月-2005年3月我院采用SCRT技术（TOPSLANE治疗计划系统）治疗脑干肿瘤18例，其中男性11例，女性7例，年龄6—67岁，中位28岁。均采用SCRT治疗，放射治疗剂量45—60Gy／5—7周。随访6—60个月（中位24个月）。结果15／18例在放疗结束时临床症状缓解率83％；1、3和5年生存率分别为57．6％、42．6％和33．3％，并发症发生率为12．87％。结论放射治疗是目前治疗脑干肿瘤的主要手段，放疗可以提高生存期和改善生活质量。

The Clinical Study of the Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy for Brain Stem Tumors

Objective 18 patients of brain stem tumors in results were analyze retrospective by Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy. Methods From March 2000 - March 2005 . 18 patients with brain stem tumors were treated by SCRT. The patients age were 6 - 67 years old, midian age were 28 years. The dose was 45 - 60Gy/5 - 7week. Results The symptoms had been improved in 15/18 cases at the end of the radiotherapy. The 1 - 3 and 5 year survival rates were 57.6% , 42.6% and 30.4%. The complication occurrence rate was 13. 13%. Conclusions The Stereotactic Conformal Radiotherapy is a main therapy mean to brain stem tumors. That can improved survival rates and life quality of the patients with brain stem tumors.
