摘    要:目的:观察施行硬膜外麻醉和全身麻醉病人的食管和直肠温度变化。方法:将18—40岁的腹部手术病人50例,分为硬膜外组(Ⅰ组25例)和全麻组(Ⅱ组25例)。分别测量麻醉前和麻醉期间(每隔l0分钟)以及手术毕时的体温。结果:Ⅰ组麻醉后食管和直肠温度下降速度较缓慢,Ⅱ组麻醉后8分钟至手术毕时食管温度均有显著下降,两组术毕与术前温度差异有显著性。结论:两种麻醉下食管温度均有明显下降,尤以全麻为著。两组直肠温度下降均较缓慢。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the variations of temperature of esophagus and rectum in the patients during epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia. Methods:50 cases of 18~4u years old with abdominal operation were divided into the epidural (group 1) and the general anesthesia group(group 2), whh 25 cases in each group.The temperature was detected before anes-thesia during anesthesia (one times every 10 minutes) and after operation respectively. Reuslts: The velocity of double body temperature decrease after anesthesia in the group l was slower, while the temperature decrease of esophagus 8 minuts to operation end after anesthesia in the group 2 was obvious. There was a significant dif terence between after and before operation in both groups.ConclusionrThe esophagus temperature under both anesthesias decreases obviously,especiall in genernal anesthesia period.The recturn temperature in both groups decreases slowly.
