CEP方案治疗24例晚期肺癌观察

24例晚期肺癌患者．中位年龄60岁（42岁～73岁）．病理类型腺癌12例，鳞癌7例．小细胞癌5例．其中初治者9例．复治者15例，经CEP方案（CTX＋EPI＋PDD）化疗2周期或2周期以上，总有效率37.5％（9／24）．完全缓解率4．2％。主要的毒副反应为血液学和胃肠道毒性，表现为轻中度的外周血白细胞减少和恶心呕吐，病人多能耐受。本组病例有29.2％的伴心电图异常．化疗中未有明显的心功能衰竭表现，疗后心电图异常改变者仅有12.5％。CEP方案初步治疗24例晚期肺癌的结果表明,该方案疗效确切，毒性反应较低，适合于老年体弱者及伴有心电图异常患者使用。

Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer with CEP Regimen:A Report of 24 Cases

Twenty - four cases of advanced lung cancer. included 12 adenocarcinomas. 7 squamous cell carcinomas and 6 small cell lung cancers, were treated by CEP regimen (CTX, EPI, CDDP). The median age was 70 (From 42 to 73 ). Of them. 15 cases had received radiotherapy or chernotherapy. The total response rate and complete response rate tvere 37.5% and 4. 2%. respectively. Mild to moderate GI, bone marrow toxicities were the fnain side effect. No evident cardiotoxicity was found. The results suggest. CEP reginien was effective in advanced lung cancer and was tolerated for elder Patient and for patient with abnormal ECG.
