| 摘 要： | 目的分析影响消毒剂使用质量的危险因素,提出质量控制的措施,保障计划生育技术服务对象的医疗安全。方法针对消毒剂使用中7个关键环节,即健全管理制度、消毒剂知识的培训教育及消毒剂使用品种、配制、盛装容器、使用过程、监督检查,实施重点质量控制。结果使用中消毒剂卫生指标达到国家标准,有效地杜绝了消毒剂使用质量问题造成的外源性站内感染。结论消毒剂在计划生育技术服务使用中的质量控制至关重要,职能机关和计划生育技术服务机构要齐抓共管。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze risk factors affecting disinfectant use. Methods: The seven key parts in the process of disinfectant use, which were development of the regulatory regime, training about disinfectant usage, and its variety, preparation, vessel, usage process, monitoring and inspecting, were enhanced. Results: The exogenous infection in the service center caused by usage process of disinfectant was avoided. Hygienic index of disinfectant use reached the national standard. Conclusion: It is very important to control the quality of disinfectant use. |
