炔雌醚对家兔卵巢与子宫内膜雌二醇受体的影响

摘    要:本文比较服炔雌醚、服炔雌醚配合氯地孕酮及未服药家兔的卵巢与子宫内膜的雌二醇受体(ER)和血清雌、孕激素水平的变化。结果提示炔雌醚单独服用16周后,家兔的子宫内膜胞质与胞核ER显著减少(p值分别小于0.001与0.005)。停药10周后子宫内膜胞质与胞核以及卵巢胞质ER均低于未服药兔(p值均小于0.05)。炔雌醚与氯地孕酮配合使用引起子宫内膜与卵巢胞质ER显著减少(p值分别小于0.001与0.05),但停药后受体水平均恢复至正常。本文结果表明在本实验条件下,炔雌醚加氯地孕酮不引起卵巢功能的不可逆损害。

Abstract:This paper reports changes in ovarian and endometrial estradiol receptors (ER) in the rabbit after administration of 17a-ethynyl-estradiol-3-cyclopentyl ether (OEE) alone, or OEE in combination, with chloromadinone given continuously for 16 weeks and then stopped for 10 weeks. Results showed that OEE alone decreased oytosol and nuclear ER of rabbit endometrium sigificantly (p<0.001 and p<0.05, respectively). 10 weeks after cessation of medication ER was still lower than that in the controls. OEE in combination with chloromadinone decreased cytosol ER of the endometrium and ovaries (p<0.001 and p<0.05, respectively), but with return of ER levels to normal upon cessation of medication. These findings suggest that OEE combined with chloromadinone does not cause irreversible damage of ovarian function.
