| 摘 要： | 研究了大黄醇提物对糖尿病大鼠肾组织非酶促糖基化的影响。结果表明，Ｒ能减轻ＤＭ大鼠肾脏肥大，使肾重／体得值明显下降，降低ＤＭ大鼠血肌酐和尿素氮水平，使ＤＭ大鼠血糖，果糖胺和糖化珠蛋白含量明显下降。

| Abstract: | The effect of Rheum officinale alcohol extract(R)on nonenzymatic glycosylation of renal tissue in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats was studied.The results showed that R treatment decreased the renal hypertrophy and kidney weight/body weight ratio in diabetic rats.The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood glucose,serum fructosamine(FS)and glycosylated globin(GGb)were significantly lowered in R-treated diabetic rats.After administration of R 5-hydroxymethyl furfural(5-HMF) release from renal cortex and intensity of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT)staining of glomerular mesangial areas in diabetic animals were markedly reduced.These findings suggested that R had an inhibitory role in formation of glycosylated products in diabetic kidney. |
