| 摘 要： | 目的对嗜酸细胞性支气管炎（EB）患者行支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞检测及血清嗜酸细胞检测,评价支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞检查在EB诊断中的作用。方法选择10例EB患者作为实验组及12名健康人作为对照组,分别对其进行支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞检测及血清嗜酸细胞检测。结果实验组支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞比例为（23.1±11.3）%,而对照组为（0.261±0.234）%,实验组明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论支气管肺泡灌洗液嗜酸细胞在EB的诊断中有重要意义,且效果优于外周血嗜酸细胞检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To appraise the value of eosinophils detection in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） in the diagnosis of eosinophilic bronchitis.Methods T10 EB patients were assigned to trial group,and 12 healthy persons were assigned to control group.We detected their eosinophils in BALF and serum.Results The eosinophils ratio of trial group were 23.1±11.3%,while 0.261±0.234% in control group.The eosinophils ratio of trial group was obviously higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The detection of eosinophils in BALF fairly make sense for EB diagnosis,and surpass the eosinophils detection in serum. |
