社区护理干预对中期妊娠孕妇心理及生活质量的影响

目的探讨特定社区护理干预对中期妊娠孕妇心理因素及生活质量的影响,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法选取300例孕中期妇女,应用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组150例,应用特定的护理干预,对照组共150例,进行常规护理。应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和SF-36生活质量量表评价干预前、后孕妇焦虑、抑郁和生活质量的差异。结论观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于干预前,观察组干预后生活质量评分明显高于干预前,也明显高于对照组。结论中期妊娠孕妇心理变化复杂,特定的护理干预能明显改善其焦虑及抑郁能情绪,并能提高其生活质量,对稳定情绪、树立信心有重要价值,临床中应积极开展应用。

The clinical observation of community nursing intervention to the psychological factors and life quality in second trimester of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the psychological factors and life quality on secong trimester of pregnancy by community nursing intervention.Methods 300 cases were divided into two groups.The observation group which included 150 cases were intervened by normal and special nursing intervention.The control group which included 150 cases were intervened by normal nursing.We analyzed their anxiety,depression and life quality.Results The scores of anxiety and depression were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The scores of life quality were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion The psychological factors are various in second trimester of pregnancy.The special nursing intervention can improve the anxiety,depression and life quality,is worthy to be recommended in clinical work.
