急诊成组护理弹性排班模式的成效研究

摘    要:目的探讨成组护理弹性排班模式在急诊科实际应用的成效。方法按时间顺序将两种不同排班方式分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用成组护理弹性排班模式,对照组采用传统排班方式,实验组通过在护士每周耗时、满意度、护理质量、解决问题等方面与传统的排班方式进行比较,两种方法各实行12个月。结果实验组在护士每周耗时、满意度、护理质量、解决问题等方面优于对照组,经t检验及2χ检验,P<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论在急诊科实行成组护理弹性排班模式能适应该科的工作特点,可改善由于护理人员缺编及结构不合理对急诊护理工作质量造成的影响,值得在急诊科推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study significance of elastic nursing team arrangement in the emergency department.Methods The nurses were divided into experimental group and control group according to the time order and two different ways of arrangement.The elastic nursing team arrangement mode was applied in the experimental group and the traditional nursing arrangement mode in control group.The weekly time consuming,satisfactory rate,nursing quality and problem solving were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group was better than control group in weekly time consuming,satisfactory rate,nursing quality and problem solving,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The elastic nursing team arrangement mode can acclimatize itself to the working style in the emergency department,counteract the negative influence on emergency nursing quality caused by inadequacy nursing personnel and unreasonable nursing frame and deserve more extensive application.
