| 摘 要： | 目的了解我校新生乙肝病毒（HBV）感染状况，为做好乙型肝炎（以下简称乙肝）的防治工作提供参考依据。方法受检者进行HBsAg和ALT检测。结果346名新生检测结果HBsAg阳性率为4．05％，低于全国平均水平，男生阳性率为6．72％，显著高于女生2．36％，ALT无一例异常。结论学校应对HBV感染者制定出治疗和隔离方案，避免病毒在大学生群体中的传播。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To know the HBV infection situation among the freshmen in our school and provide referential evidence for the work of hepatitis B prevention and control. Methods] HBsAg and ALT detection was conducted on the examinees. Results] The HBsAg positive rate of the 346 freshmen was 4.05%, which was lower than that of the national average level; the HBsAg positive rate among the male students （ 6.72% ） was significantly higher than that of the female students （ 2.36% ） ; there was not a single example that was proved to be abnormal in the ALT detection. Conclusion ] The school should establish a project for the treatment and isolation in order to avoid the dissemination of hepatitis virus among the college students. |
