| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨HBcAg检测的临床意义。方法 对临床常规乙型肝炎两对半的ELISA方法检测结果与HBcAg，HBV DNA的检测进行比较。结果 共检测113例标本，HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb均为阳性时，HBcAg的阳性率为88．7％，HBsAg、HBeAg为阳性时，HBcAg的阳性率为100％，HBV DNA阳性标本中，HBcAg的阳性率为88．0％，HBeAg的阳性率为100％。结论 开展HBcAg的检测可以更全面准确地反映HBV的感染程度及复制情况；用ELISA方法检测HBcAg，HBeAg基本上可以代替PCR HBV DNA的检测来反映HBV的复制情况。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the clinical importance of HBcAg detection. METHODS HBeAg and HBV DNA detection results were compared with that of ELISA method routinely tested HBsAg/HBsAb/HBeAg/HBeAb/HBcAb. RESULTS A total of 113 blood samples were tested. The positive rate of HBcAg in patients with HBsAg+ HBeAg+ HBcAb was 88.7%, and in patients with HBsAg+ HBeAg 100%. When HBV DNA was positive, 88% HBcAg and 100% HBeAg were positive, respectively. CONCLUSIONS HBcAg detection will make much help to find the situation of HBV infection and replication. HBcAg plus HBeAg almost can substitute for PCR HBV DNA test for diagnosing HBV infection. |
