| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨D-J管在输尿管损伤中的应用价值。方法:对本科1998~2003年收治的10例输尿管损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果:所有病例均留置D-J管引流,均于术后1~3个月内拔除。拔除D-J管3~6个月后复查B超、KUB加IVP均未见造影剂外渗,亦无明显的肾积水及输尿管狭窄。随访6个月~5年,患者肾功能正常。结论:D-J管在各种类型的输尿管损伤中均适用,且治疗效果良好,在临床上有很高的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical value of D-J tube in ureteral injuries.Methods:A total of 10 cases with ureteral injuries were reviewed from 1998 to 2003.Results:Inserted double J tube to ureter was performed in all patients.All catheters were extracted in one to three months postoperation.As shown with B-mode ultrasound and KUB plus IVP,no exosmose of contrast medium,transparent hydronephrosis or stenosis of ureter were found in all the patients three to six months after whose catheters were extracted.Their renal function remained normal during six months to five years' follow-up.Conclusion:Double J tube can be adapted to a variety of ureteral injuries and is of high applying value,with good therapeutic efficacy. |
