重度急性有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的机械通气治疗观察

目的探讨机械通气在救治急性有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法对72例重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者采用机械通气治疗。结果68例患者呼吸衰竭脱机成功痊愈出院，死亡4例；机械通气时间0．5h～7d，平均上机时间为48．3小时。主要并发症有呼吸机相关性肺炎、气胸、上消化道出血、咽喉疼痛、声音嘶哑。结论机械通气是治疗有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭的关键，急救成功与其时机选择及合理应用密切相关。

An Observation of the Healing Efficiency with Mechanical Ventilation to treat Respiratory failure Caused by Acute Severe Poisoning of Organophosphorus Pesticide

Objective To explore the effect of the mechanical ventilation oil the treatment of respiratory thilure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods The clinical analysis was made in 72 patients with respiratory failure caused by acule severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, who were treated by mechanical ventilation in Our hospital. Results The cure rate of respiratory failure was 94.4% (68 cases were successfully rescued), The average time of mechanical ventilation is 48.3 hours. The main complications are mechanical ventilation dependability pneumonia, pneumatothorax, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, throat ache, hoarse voice. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is a key point in the treatment of respiratory failure caused by AOPP.
