黄芪佐治小儿巨细胞病毒肝炎疗效观察

目的:观察黄芪对小儿巨细胞病毒肝炎的辅助治疗作用。方法:选择诊断明确的巨细胞病毒肝炎患儿60例,随机分黄芪组与对照组各30例。黄芪组选用黄芪为君药配伍利胆护肝中药及更昔洛韦。出院后继续服用黄芪为君药的中药1个月;对照组选用更昔洛韦及利胆护肝中药。定期随访血常规、肝功能及尿巨细胞病毒DNA(CMV-DNA)定量。结果:黄芪组反复肝功能异常发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。1年后尿CMV-DNA阴转率黄芪组高于对照组,χ2=4.01,P<0.05。住院期间肝功能恢复正常的比例及一过性粒细胞或血小板减少发生率,两组差异无显著性意义,P>0.05。结论:黄芪佐治可减少小儿巨细胞病毒肝炎肝功能异常的反复率,提高尿CMV-DNA阴转率。

Curative Effect Observation of Huangqi on Assistant Treatment of Children's Cytomegalovirus

Objective:To obverse the curative effect of Hangqi on assistant treatment of children's cytomegalovirus.Methods:60 children with cytomegalovirus were randomly divided into the huangqi group(30 Cases)and the contrast group(30 cases).The huangqi group was treated by ganciclovir and traditionaI Chinese medicine with huangqi as primary ingredients and other Lidan Hugan herbs as compatibility.The traditional Chinese medicine with huangqi as primary ingredients was taken for one month out of hospital.The contrast group was treated by ganciclovir and traditional Chinese medicine of Lidan Hugan.The blood Rt,liver function and CMV-DNA were observed regularly.Results:The occurrence ratio of exceptional liver function in the hangqi group was lower than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).The turn-negative ratio of CMV-DNA in the hangqi group was higher than that in the contrast group after one year(P<0.05).The ratio of liver function came back and the occurrence ratio of blood platelet decreased in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hangqi can decrease the occurrence ratio of exceptional liver function time and time and improve the turn-negative ratio of CMV-DNA.
