降纤酶2种途径给药治疗脑梗塞60例临床对比观察

目的　对降纤酶两种不同途径给药治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效进行评价。方法　对 6 0例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为降纤酶颈动脉注射组和降纤酶静脉滴注组进行治疗。结果　降纤酶颈动脉注射组的总显效率和药物起效时间均明显优于静脉滴注组。结论　对急性脑梗塞患者如符合颈动脉注射条件时 ,应积极选择颈动脉注射法进行早期或超早期溶栓治疗。

Observation of Treating 60 Cases with the Cerebral Infarction By Defibrase Through Two Different Ways

Objective To evaluate the different effects of defibrase adminictered through intravenous way from infuced through carotid artery on the acute cerebral infaretion Method 60 acute cerebral infaretion patients were Randomly divided into groups: Group A(defibrase infused through carotid artery)and Group B(defibrase through intravenous) Result The general effects and the onset of the Group A were beffer than that of Group B Conclusion Defibrase which was infused through carotid artery to dissolve embolus had advantage in treating the cerebral infarction patients, especially in the early perid or in the super—early period
