血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者细胞免疫及炎症因子的影响

目的:探讨血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者的疗效及其对细胞免疫及炎症因子的影响.方法:选择50例重症肺炎患者,随机平均分为对照组与治疗组,入院后均给予抗感染、营养支持以及机械通气等常规治疗;除常规治疗外,治疗组患者采用血必净注射液治疗.观察患者疗效、白介素-1( IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞比例以及自然杀伤(NK)细胞相对活性.结果:与对照组的84.00％相比,治疗组治疗总有效率显著升高,达到96.00％(P＜0.05);与治疗前相比,所有患者血清IL-1,IL-6以及TNF-α水平均显著降低(P＜0.05),治疗组患者降低更为显著(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗后CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞比例以及NK细胞相对活性显著升高(P＜0.05).结论:在常规治疗基础上联用血必净对重症肺炎具有较好的疗效,可降低患者炎症反应水平并增强患者细胞免疫力.

Application of Xuebijing in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia and its Effects on Inflammatory Factors and Cellular Immunity

Objective:To explore application of Xuebijing in treatment of severe pneumonia and its effects on inflammatory factors and cellular immunity.Method:Fifty patients were chosen with severe pneumonia divided them into control group and treatment group receiving basic treatment including anti-infection,nutritional support,and mechanic ventilation and so on.Treatment group received an additional treatment of Xuebijing Injection during the treatment.Result:Compared with control group,the total effective rate in treatment group was increased significantly(84.00% vs 96.00%)(P<0.05);serum level of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),a more significant decrease was found in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);compared with control group,CD4+/CD8+ ratio increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of Xuebijing based on regular therapy shows a fine effect in treatment of severe pneumonia by decreasing inflammatory level and increasing cellular immunity.
