皱皮木瓜中齐墩果酸的超临界CO2提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选超临界CO2提取皱皮木瓜中齐墩果酸的工艺条件.方法:HPLC测定齐墩果酸含量,以齐墩果酸得率及含量的平均值为指标,应用单因素和正交试验考察提取温度、提取压力、分离温度、分离压力及携带剂种类5个影响因素,并将优选工艺与文献工艺进行对比分析.结果:超临界CO2提取齐墩果酸的最佳工艺条件为提取温度45℃,提取压力40 MPa,分离温度30℃,分离压力8 MPa,携带剂95%乙醇;超临界CO2提取优于其他方法.结论:该优选工艺稳定可行,可用于齐墩果酸的推广应用.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize extraction technology conditions of oleanolic acid from Chaenomeles speciosa by supercritical CO2.Method:HPLC was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid,with average between yield and content of oleanolic acid as index,single factor test and orthogonal test were used to investigate extraction temperature,extraction pressure,separation temperature,separation pressure and kind of carrying agent,and compared with optimized process and documentation process.Result: Optimum extraction technology conditions were:extraction temperature of 45 ℃,extraction pressure of 40 MPa,separation temperature of 30 ℃,separation pressure of 8 MPa and carrying agent of 95% ethanol;Supercritical CO2 extraction was superior to other documentation methods.Conclusion: This optimized technology was feasible and stable,it could be used to promote application of oleanolic acid.
