甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴管密度与CD44v6表达及意义

目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma,PTC)间质中淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density,LVD)和CD44v6表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测72例PTC中CD44V6及VEGFR-3的表达,以VEGFR-3标记淋巴管,在显微镜下计数LVD。结果淋巴结转移组CD44V6表达显著高于无转移组(P<0.01);LVD与癌侵袭程度有关(P<0.05),淋巴结转移组LVD显著高于无转移组(P<0.05);CD44V6与LVD呈正相关,相关系数r为0.90(P<0.01)。结论CD44V6及淋巴管密度与PTC的淋巴结转移有关,淋巴管密度与PTC的侵袭有关,可作为预测PTC病人预后和转移的生物学指标。

Lymphatic Vessel Density and CD44V6 Expression in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Their Significance

Objective To study lymphatic vessel density(LVD)and CD44V6 expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and their significance.Methods Expressions of CD44V6 and LVD(marked with VEGFR-3)were examined by immunohistochemical SP method in PTC(n=72),and the number of LVD was counted.Results Expression of CD44V6 associated with lymph node metastasis was higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).LVD was significantly related to invasion(P<0.05).There was also significant difference between LVD with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between CD44V6 and LVD(r=0.90,P<0.01).Conclusions CD44V6 and LVD are related to lymph-node metastasis of PTC,LVD is related to invasion of PTC,they may be helpful markers for predicting the prognosis and metastasis of patients with PTC.
