脑出血患者外周血粘附分子表达及T淋巴细胞亚群变化

摘    要:目的:观察脑出血患者外周血粘附分子CD11b、CD54和CD18及T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8的变化。方法:流式细胞仪技术。结果:脑出血患者外周血细胞CD11b~+、CD54~+和CD18~+细胞明显高于对照组。对照组CD11b~+细胞(45.6±9.2)%;CD54~+细胞(4.51±2.32)%;CD18~+为(64.02±10.07)%。实验组CD11b~+细胞(73.51±11.15)%;CD54~+细胞(10.67±3.35)%;CD18~+细胞(81.42±12.36)%,P<0.01。CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+细胞及CD4~+/CD8~+比值明显低于对照组。对照组CD3~+细胞(60.12±3.30)%;CD4~+细胞(49.3±1.1)%;CD8~+细胞(24.2±1.95);CD4~+/CD8~+为(2.4±0.2)。实验组:CD3~+细胞(30.15±8.75)%;CD4~+细胞(14.90±5.30)%;CD8~+细胞(17.21±4.85)%;CD4~+/CD8~+为(0.86±0.13),P<0.01。结论:脑出血患者存在某种程度的细胞免疫功能紊乱,表现为外周血白细胞粘附分子CD11b、CD54和CDl8表达增多,而T淋巴细胞亚群中CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+表达降低,CD4~+/CD8~+比值下降。

Abstract:Objective: To Observe the changes of adhesion molecule CD11b,CD54,CD18 and T - lymphocyte subpopuktions CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in the peripheral blood in the patients with cerebral haemorrhage. Methods: FAGS assay was used in this study. Results: In the peripheral blood of patients with, cerebral haemorrhage, CD11b+, CD54+ and CD18+ cells were higher than that in control subjects. In the control group, CD11b+ cells were( 45.67+ 9.2)% ; CD54+cells were (4.5+ 2.3)%; CD18+ cells were (64.02+ 10.07)%. While in the cerebral haemorrhage group, CDllb+cells were (73.51 + 11.15)% ; CD54+ cells were (10.67+3.35)%; CD18 + cels( 81.42+ 11.15)% ,P < 0.01. CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ cells and CD4+ /CD8+ were lower than that in control subjects. In control group: CD3 'cells (60.12+ 3.30)% ;CD4+ cells( 49.3+1.1)%; CD8+(24.2+ 1.95)%; CD4+/ CD8+ (2.4+0.2) . In cerebral haemorrhage group: CD3 +cells (30.15+ 8.75)%; CD4+cells (14.90+1.1)% , CD8+ cells (17.21+4.85)%; CD4 VCD8+(0.86+ 0.13), P<0.01. Conclusion: The Patients with carebral haemorrhage were in a immuno-functional disorder state to some content, with high adhesion molecule expression and low CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ T - lymphotyte subpop-ulations expression and CD4 VCD8+ cut down.
