| 摘 要： | 目的研究洗涤剂对小白鼠脂质过氧化的影响.方法给小白鼠分别饮用1/40、1/20、1/10LD50的洗涤剂水溶液30天,同时设对照组,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果两种洗涤剂可使小白鼠MDA含量明显增加,SOD活性明显降低,与阴性对照组比较P＜0.05.结论洗涤剂能使体内脂质过氧化含量显著增加,有可能对机体产生严重的损害.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of two brands of detergents on lipid peroxidation in mice.Methods:The detergent solution of doses of 1/40,1/20 and 1/10LD 50 were taken freely by mice for 30 days.The content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA) and activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) in mice were measured after 30 days,respectively.Result:The two brands of detergents could increase the content of serum MDA and decrease the activity of serum SOD in mice( P <0 05).Conclusion:The detergents might damage the body because of its effect of increasing lipid peroxidation. |
