| 摘 要： | １９８２年１０月～１９９３年１０月，行肾动脉栓塞加根治性肾切除术治疗肾肿瘤２４例，单纯根治性肾切除术２２例，１、３、５年生存率分别为８５．０％、６８．４％、５０．０％及８６．７％、７８．６％、５０．０％，统计学分析无显著性差异。结论：肾动脉栓塞对提高肾肿瘤病人的远期生存率无明显疗效。

| Abstract: | From Oct.1982 to Oct.1993,46 cases of renal tumors underwent radical nephrectomy,24 with and 22 without preoperative renal artery embolization. All the patients have been followed up for 1,3 and 5 years and the corresponding survival rate has been 85.0%,68.4%,50.0% and 86.7%,78.6%,50.0% respectively.There has been no stastical significance between the 2 groups.The result designated that the survival rate of patients with renal tumors could not be increased by the adoption of preoperative renal artery embolization. |
