| 摘 要： | 将钙拮抗剂硫氮唑酮（ｄｉｌｔｉａｚｅｍ，Ｄｉｌ）用于２６例服用环孢素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）的肾移植受者，以同期２１例受者为对照。术后第２、３、６、１２个月Ｄｉｌ组ＣｓＡ剂量分别较对照组少１２．５％、１３．４％，１８．３％及２９．０％，Ｐ均＜０．００１，而ＣｓＡ血浓度均较对照组高，ｐ＜０．０５。术后１年中Ｄｉｌ组ＣｓＡ用量每例平均较对照组少１４８７０ｍｇ。两组的急性排斥反应、肝功能损害发生率、血肌酐水平无显著性差异。Ｄｉｌ对减少肾移植受者对昂贵的ＣｓＡ用量效果显著，使用安全。

| Abstract: | The effect of diltiazem,a calcium channel blocker,on cyclosporin A intake was investigated in 26renal graft recipients. Another 21 renal graft recipients with no diltiazem intake served as controls.A significant increase of cyclosporin A blood level has been observed in the diltiazem group and therefore less cyclosporin A intake was needed,the total yearly intake of cyclosporin A intake being 14 870mg less than that of the controls. |
