| 摘 要： | 为探讨肾上腺偶发瘤早期诊断及治疗措施，对１９７６～１９９４年收治的２１例肾上腺偶发瘤病例进行分析。其中早期３例为其他手术时偶然发现，另１８例为健康查体Ｂ超偶然发现。１６例经ＣＴ确诊为肾上腺肿瘤，所有病例均行手术并经病理证实。本组结果显示ＣＴ对确诊肾上腺占位病变有较高价值。在健康查体时应常规行肾上腺Ｂ超检查。确诊为恶性肿瘤、功能性肿瘤及直径大于３．５ｃｍ的肿瘤均应手术，术中应警惕无症状型嗜铬细胞瘤的潜在危险。小于３．５ｃｍ的肿瘤可行Ｂ超、ＣＴ随访。

| Abstract: | From 1976 to 1994,21 cases of incidental adrenal tumors were surgically treated. Three early cases were incidentally found on open operation for other causes, 18 were incidentally found by B-ultrasonography on regular physical check-up,16 of them were verified on CT scanning. Open operation and pathological study were undertaken in all.It was concluded that B-ultrasonography of the adrenals should be routinely carried out on physical check-up and CT scanning is of high value in ascertaining an adrenal tumor. It was claimed that open operation should be undertaken for malignant or functional adrenal tumors and for tumors greater than 3. 5cm in diameter. Tumors smaller than 3.5cm might be followed up with B-ultrasonography and CT scanning. During open operation, one should be aware of the posibility of a non-symtomatic pheochromocytoma. |
