| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法对４８例膀胱移行细胞癌增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）进行检测，发现ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数随肿瘤分级的升高而增高，浸润生长肿瘤ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数明显高于乳头状生长者（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＰＣＮＡ高表达组（增殖指数＞５０％）预后明显差于ＰＣＮＡ低表达组（增殖指数≤５０％）。结果表明ＰＣＮＡ可作为膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度及预后指标之一。

| Abstract: | Immunostaining for proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)was carried out in 48 cases of transitional cell bladder carcinoma,The patients have been followed up for a mean of 7 years(16 months to 10 years).The PCNA index increased with the rise of tumor grade and was significantly higher in the invasive tumors as compared with papillary tumors(P<0.001).Patients with high PCNA index(>50%)had a worse prognosis as compared with those with the index below 50%. It was claimed that PCNA could serve as a marker for the malignancy and prognosis of transitional cell bladder carcinoma. |
