摘    要:为了解高渗透压对豚鼠耳蜗离体活外毛细胞膜电位及细胞长度的影响。我们运用粘附式细胞仪和膜电位敏感针DiBAC,对豚鼠耳蜗离体外细胞在高渗环境中的膜电位相对值及细胞长度的变化进行了动态测定。

Abstract:To learn effects of hypertonic solution on the membrane potential and cell length of isolated outer hair cell in the guinea pig cochlear, we determined the membrane potential and cell length during hypertonic activation with ACAS 570 and the membrane potentia1 sensitive probeDiBAC4(3). The results showed that the hypertonic activation depolarized the outer hair cell and made it elongate. We think that the outer hair cell has activity,the depolarization and elongation ofthe outer hair cell caused by hypertonic solution are cyto-electrophysiological basis of hearing loss and recruitment in Meniere's disease.
