慢性脑供血不全患者高血压病病程和与溶血磷脂酸极性相似磷脂的相关研究

目的：研究慢性脑供血不全患者高血压病病程与血浆溶血磷脂酸极性相似磷脂（AP）的相关性。方法：随机选择慢性脑供血不全患者97例和正常对照者79名，检测血浆AP、溶血磷脂酸（LPA）、血脂、血糖，脂蛋白和D-二聚体，进行相关分析。结果：慢性脑供血不全患者高血压病病程≥10年与病程〈10年者相比，AP水平中等以上增高人数明显增多，OR=2．643，95％CI=1．136-6．146。AP与高血压病病程显著相关，β=0．28，P=0．006。LPA、血脂、血糖，脂蛋白、D-二聚体等与高血压病病程均不相关。结论：AP对诊断脑供血不全可能有重要临床价值。

A Preliminary Study on the Correlation between Phospholipids with Similar Polarity of Lysophosphatidic Acid with the Longevity of Hypertension in Patients with Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

Aim： To investigate the correlation between phospholipids with similar polarity of lysophosphatidic acid（AP） with longevity of hypertension. Methods： AP in chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（CCCI） patients with hypertension history （n=97） and normal controls （n=79） were measured. The correlations between AP with the longitude of hypertension history were also assessed. Results： In the patients with hypertension history l0 years or more, the number of patients with middle or high level of plasma AP was significantly more than that of the patients with hypertension history less than 10 years, OR=2.643, 95%CI=1.136~6.146. AP was significantly correlated with the longevity of hypertension history. Correlation coefficient 13 is 0.28, P=0.006. Lysophosphatidic acid（LPA） and other clinical markers such as blood lipid, blood sugar, lipoprotein and D-dimer etc., were not significantly correlated with hypertension history. Conclusion： AP may be a very promising marker of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.
