普通病房内甲状腺癌患者护理问题分析及对策

目的 探讨在普通病房内对甲状腺癌患者的专业化护理方法.方法 针对普通病房内病种繁多,致使甲状腺癌患者常得不到有效专业化护理的问题,成立专业化的甲状腺癌护理小组,将甲状腺癌患者集中在固定的床位进行集中管理,加强病房内每一位护士对甲状腺癌患者护理知识和技能的学习和培训,对每例甲状腺癌患者进行专业化的术前准备和术后护理.结果 84例患者中,3例发生创口出血,2例发生低钙血症,l例发生气管痉挛,2例发生喉返神经损伤,均经及时治疗与护理后痊愈,无1例发生医疗纠纷.B组与A组比较,甲状腺癌术后并发症的发生率显著降低（P〈0.05）,患者满意度大大提高（P〈0.05）,住院时间显著降低（P〈0.05）,医疗纠纷明显减少（P〈0.05）.结论 加强在普通病房内对甲状腺癌患者的专业化护理,可有效的预防和减少术后并发症,提高手术成功率和避免医疗纠纷的发生.

Analysis and solution on problem of nursing thyroid carcinoma patients in general ward

Objective To explore specialized methods for thyroid carcinoma patients in general wards, Methods To solve the problems that thyroid carcinoma patients lack of effective and speeialized nursing in Common wards in which there are many different entities, forming specialized nursing teams, gathering thyroid carcinoma patients to fixed beds, and strengthening the learning and training of each nurse for those patients, specializing the pre-operative preparation and post - operative nursing. Results Among 84 cases, 3 was complicated with wound bleeding, 2 with hypocaleemia, 1 with tracheospasm, 1 with recurrent laryngeal injury. All of them got recovered by treatment and nursing in time without medical tangle. Compare group B with group A, the rate of postoperative complication apparently decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ） , the satisfaction of patients greatly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the length of stay decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the medical tangle greatly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion strengthening the specialized and scientific nursing for thyroid carcinoma patients in general ward can prevent and decrease the occurrence of postoperative complication effectively, and also can improve the operation and avoid medical tangle successfully.
