后路并口咽入路手术治疗寰枢椎脱位的围手术期护理

报告19例后路并口咽入路手术治疗寰枢椎脱位并颈椎管狭窄症的护理，总结围手术期预防术后并发症的具体措施和经验。认为术前做好心理护理、重视口腔准备、加强呼吸功能训练，术后及时巡视、严密观察、加强呼吸道管理，鼓励早期康复锻炼，重视并听取患者主诉，针对患者存在的问题采取有效措施，能有效防治术后并发症，促进疾病康复。

Nursing in the peri - operative period for the treatment of atlantoaxial dislocation through posterior combined with oropharynx approach

The nursing for 19 cases patients, who were carried out posterior combined with oropharynx approach for the treatment of atlantoaxial dislocation together with cervical spine stenosis, was reported. The detailed measures and experience for preventing the complications during peri - operative period were summarized. It is found out that the such as, good psychological nursing before operation, oral cavity preparation, breathing function training, in -time inspection after operation, careful observation, special management for respiratory tract, encouragement for early recovery training, paying attention to the patient＇s key complaints and effective measures implemented against the problem existed among the patients etc. could effectively prevent the complications after operation and accelerate the recovery of patients.
